Why we use it

We use your details to respond, discuss availability and prepare a quote or proposed hire. Where you ask us to take steps towards a hire agreement, we process the necessary information for those pre-contract steps. Our legitimate interests include managing correspondence, protecting the website and resolving questions or disputes. We may retain information to meet legal obligations.

Enquiring does not add you to a marketing list. We do not sell your information or use this website for advertising tracking.

Hawk Host provides our website and email hosting and processes information needed to operate those services. Web servers may record IP address, request time, page, browser details and errors. The form uses a short-lived, hashed network-address record to limit repeated submissions; it does not put a cookie on your device.

We share information only where necessary to run these services, meet a legal obligation or deal with a legitimate legal claim. If a proposed hire requires further information or providers, we will explain that before collecting additional details.
