These terms explain use of cfmotohire.co.uk and how guided-hire enquiries are handled. A guide accompanies every hire. We do not offer unaccompanied self-hire.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a motorcycle, create a hire agreement or commit you to payment. Availability is confirmed separately. We will provide the relevant quote and hire terms for you to review before any booking is agreed.

Before you commit, the written arrangements should identify the hire provider and cover the motorcycle, total price and taxes or fees, dates, payment and deposit requirements, eligibility, insurance and excess, permitted use and mileage, collection and return, cancellation and any damage or late-return terms.

Eligibility and use

Hire is subject to the applicable licence, rider eligibility and insurance requirements. These will be confirmed for the proposed hire. Do not send identity documents until requested through an agreed process.

Road or off-road use, travel abroad, passengers, accessories and any particular route must be agreed in the hire terms. An image of a motorcycle in a setting does not grant permission for that use.

Information and images

We aim to keep this site accurate. Photography illustrates CFMOTO motorcycles and is not a live statement of the exact fleet, specification or availability. Confirm anything material to your plans before relying on it.

CFMOTO names and marks belong to their respective owners. This site does not itself establish an authorised-dealer or manufacturer relationship. Content may not be reused without the relevant rights holder’s permission, except where allowed by law.

Using this site

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access or submit malicious or misleading content. We may update website content as the service develops.

Our privacy notice explains how website visits and enquiry information are handled.

Responsibility and your rights

Nothing here excludes or limits liability where unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

These website terms are separate from a hire agreement. The provider’s identity, full hire terms and applicable cancellation arrangements will be provided before booking.
